MB Ageas Life revolutionises sales process in Vietnam
MB Ageas Life (MBAL) launched a new digital sales platform in 2023 providing its 4,500 salespeople with a tool that allows them to provide a seamless journey to the customer at every key stage of the relationship.
From the moment a customer makes an application through to onboarding and retention and finally claims settlement, all is managed through one platform which is leading to a significantly enhanced customer and sales service and customer experience.
This milestone in MBAL’s long-term digital transformation strategy helps differentiate MBAL from other competitors in the Vietnamese market. The new centralised sales system is currently in daily use supporting some 1.1 million existing and new customers equating to 1.5 million policies and 10,000 claims applications.
